I had a full confirmation that the rooms were clean, a good size, and comfortable. The service was exceptional, and they even went above and beyond to find a workaround for me. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. While the dining experience was rather disappointing, the hotel made up for it in other areas.
